In “our” new media scape successful marketers watch the herd, what they eat, where they drink, and who leads them. Knowing “the herds” habits farmers sow crops; generating demand for what a herd does instinctively.
Social Traffic, Inc. used to be a company ad agencies “snuck” in the “back-door” to generate volumes of internet traffic into their large client websites. We learned not to depend on these corporate characters too much; they’re not that competent when it comes to farming “a herd”. They live to hunt and hunt to kill; rejection was a challenge.
