Your Only Protection is the Right Strategy…

The right strategy employs leverage and it’s your only protection when marketing in what has has become, an over-communicated world.

Strategy is by far the most important part of any digital marketing campaign, devising a strategy for your business should never be outsourced without your direct influence. Get this right and everything that follows (unless poorly executed) works. Get it wrong, you'll struggle until you change it to one that does work.

This can be costly because of the time it takes to know it’s wrong, you still need to get it right. All the while your competition (who have it right) move ahead.

A good digital marketing strategy “leverages” everything.

Let me explain:

It’s going to cost you the same money to fund a marketing campaign that secures 1 sale, as 10.

If 1 in 10 prospects buy, or 4.

If buyers spend $10 each, or $1000.

If they buy once, or weekly.

It costs the same to fund the marketing campaign that doesn’t convert any suspects into subscribers, as the one that does.

A digital marketing campaign that doesn’t convert subscribers into satisfied customers (who send lots of referrals), is no cheaper than one that does. The only difference, marketing strategy & execution! The right strategy leverages every cent already invested into a campaign, to maximise revenues against fixed costs.

To achieve this you must engage online consumers [SMARTER].

Astoundingly, strategy is something a lot of business owners entrust with Internet marketing consultants incapable of doing for themselves, what businesses need doing for them.

Great Coffee is Only as Good as the Best Cup You've Tasted...

It wouldn't matter how much money you offered me, I would not work as your employee, nor would I allow myself to be constrained by a number of sell-able hours in a working day (as a
one-on-one consultant)
.

I earn more money working one hour writing a good eMail campaign than what a small to medium size business could justify paying me to buy my attention for that same hour.

I work from anywhere, on my time, my terms. I don't answer to anyone or anything, other than the needs of my subscribers. My earning capacity is not capped by the number of hours I work, but the number of subscribers I acquire, and the depth and quality of relationships I build with them.

I’m enjoying great results by leveraging Internet traffic and landing page conversion rates, with high sales conversion rates. I leverage my relationships with existing subscribers (my herd), who send me lots of referrals.

These new subscribers who become customers cost me $0 to acquire.

If I calculate my earnings by the total number of new subscribers each month, less my cost of subscriber acquisitions. I know my net earnings per-subscriber, each month. I also know the more money I earn per subscriber, the larger my “cost-per-click” budget (leverage).

The larger my “cost-per-click” budget, the better quality traffic I can afford to buy (leverage).

The better traffic quality, the higher my conversion rates (leverage). The higher my conversion rates, the more my earnings per-subscriber spiral upwards (leverage).

Now I add over 100 new subscribers to my herd (eMail campaigns), every day. The [SMARTER] I engage, the [GREATER] my leverage. The more [$$$$] I earn, putting the same money at risk to earn it.

What’s different about me and those who can't do this, I understand all the different elements of digital marketing. I know them well enough to have developed an online business strategy that encompasses, and is in consideration of, all these elements.

I arrived at my own digital marketing strategy that both works for my business, and is the best model for the lifestyle my wife and I want to live.

So tell me this...

Why would anyone capable of doing what I can do for myself, rent their time to you by the hour, or a fee other than a sum that's not viable for a small to medium business to pay? Why wouldn’t they just do it for themselves?

Nobody knows your business like you do.

You need to understand digital marketing well enough to “build a strategy” that's going to work best for your business, In consideration of the lifestyle "you" want to live. You’re never going to hire someone for a price you can afford, who can do for your business what you can do for yourself.

I guarantee your enthusiasm for what digital marketing is capable of doing for your business will grow with every cup of coffee you taste, that’s better than what you know.

Now don’t get me wrong, it's not always been easy for me. You could say I learnt this trade in the school or hard knocks. The expensive way.

Before getting to where I am today, I lost $1.7 million dollars in a failed online business venture. It wasn't until I expelled the so called expert advisers from my life that I finally reconnected with "my own" business instincts (honed over a lifetime), and found "my" online success.

Using the Internet as a delivery platform to grow your business is different to employing offline strategies. Thinking it’s no different was my mistake.

The penny finally dropped when I asked myself the question I asked you to ask yourself:

"Why Did I Get Into Business in the First Place?"

After reconnecting with the answer to that question, I finally adopted “the” mindset needed to succeed online. I stopped seeing the Internet as a magic pill, I started to see it for what it is.

Another Form of Media

Just another communication delivery platform like the printer, fax, telephone, radio, and TV. Be warned though, when our media changes, so too does human nature. Understanding this change is the difference between successfully growing a business online, and offline!

Be interested. Not interesting!

P.S. It’s time to meet me in person.

This is a video of me sitting in my jeep (on a deserted beach near my home) waiting for my fishing buddies to arrive.

I'm ranting about my Social Media philosophy, here.
